Conquering Fear Through Understanding and Release

Whenever we encounter something mysterious or seemingly paranormal, our initial instinct is often to seek online information to alleviate our fears. However, our fears may continue to resurface until we acknowledge and release them. It is impossible to suppress fears with the mind, as many individuals attempt but only achieve temporary relief. In reality, suppressing any emotion can manifest as physical illness and disease in the long term. Addictions and distractions are commonly chosen as tools to suppress emotions, especially fears.

Why People Choose Addictions and Distractions

The reason behind people’s choice of addictions and distractions is to suppress emotions, particularly fears. Emotions, once suppressed, tend to find a way to surface. Breathing from the diaphragm and allowing the bodily sensations to occur, such as shaking, crying, and even spasming, are necessary steps in releasing these emotions. This process helps in acknowledging our fears and eventually overpowering them.

Addressing Paranormal Phenomena and Perceptions

What is happening that makes you feel there is a curse? It is important to question and understand the underlying reasons behind such beliefs. People often dismiss paranormal phenomena as not being real without conducting any research. However, this dismissal does not make the phenomena any less real for those who experience them. It is crucial to recognize that many people, especially those unfamiliar with certain experiences, resort to dismissing them rather than understanding them.

Beyond the Surface: The Complexities of Anxiety

Anxiety, in my opinion, can play tricks on the mind and body. There are various types of anxiety, some of which are even considered mental health disorders. Therefore, confronting and conquering fearful things is not always straightforward. While people can control fear to a certain extent, the root of fear is often learned and not inherent at birth. So why do so many choose to be afraid? Often, people choose fear out of ignorance or as a result of misguided beliefs. However, many are also deceived by societal norms that suggest fear is a normal part of life.

Fear is not inherently inevitable. It is a learned behavior that can be unlearned. By addressing and understanding the root causes of our fears, we can begin to release them. Breathing techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, can be a powerful tool in this process. Emotional release through physical sensations like shaking or crying can also contribute to the healing process.

Conclusion

Conquering fear requires a willingness to face it head-on and a commitment to understanding its origins. By acknowledging our fears, engaging in emotional release, and recognizing the influence of societal beliefs, we can work towards a life free from unnecessary fear and anxiety. Embrace the process of understanding and releasing your fears, and you will find a stronger, more resilient self.
